About Strong Sisters United

Learn How to Honor Your Body.

Hi friends! I became a coach so I could teach women how to honor their bodies through beginner-friendly strength training workouts. You will gain confidence with these at-home dumbbells workouts and fall in LOVE with strength training. 


Strength training is more than just shaping your body, or lifting a heavier weight. It is empowering, it teaches you that your body is mentally and physically capable of achieving anything.

Too often we as women feel like we have to eat less, or that "we can't trust our bodies". Here at SSU we believe that you deserve to honor your hunger and respect your fullness. Your nutrition is here to fuel you, improve your energy, boost your mood, and give you joy. You no longer have to "hate" your meals or yo-yo diet.
