Why Strength Training?

At 15 years old I fell in love with dumbbell workouts. It gave me an outlet to express myself which I so deeply needed. I started my journey with a desire to feel strong & confident in my own skin.

    To start off your journey with confidence, start with a program such as the Get Lean program (under the free tab). You will get guided follow-along workouts to start feeling confident with weights!


    Absolutely YES. All forms of exercise burn calories, which helps with weight loss. But weight lifting will help you burn calories and save and build lean muscle mass which is crucial to keep your metabolism high! 


    Nope! Going to a gym is great because you will have access to more equipment, but if you have access to weights at home or just odd objects like cans of food or water bottles, you can start lifting today!
